- Develop and use an effective Production Activity Control system in order to ensure the execution of material plans, reduce WIP, inventories and lead times, and meet customer service goals.
- Be able to integrate supply chain inventory information and physical distribution with the Manufacturing Planning and Control system by developing an efficient Distribution Requirements Planning system.
