This Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt training course provides an understanding of leadership roles, team dynamics, and the ability to successfully assign team members with roles and responsibilities of six sigma projects. Lastly, it signifies a master-level understanding of the DMAIC model in accordance with the Lean Six Sigma principles, knowledge of lean enterprise concepts, and skills to quickly identify "non-value-added" activities.
The focus of this course will be to understand the details of managing the projects undertaken by the teams - hence the Master Black Belt will need technical competence in assessing the project and also understand the program management perspective to drive optimum resources utilization and drive success.
By attending Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Essentials workshop, delegates will:
- have a good understanding of advanced process statistics, including non-parametric statistics, and their application to expanding the boundaries of current knowledge within an existing service and transactional process
- have detailed knowledge and understanding of a wide range of problem solving principles, tools and techniques and the manner in which these are combined in the overall pursuit of business process improvement in a service and transactional environment via Lean Six Sigma
- demonstrate the ability to draw conclusions from data through the use of advanced analytical and/or statistical techniques
- be able to confidently engage in and successfully resolve process engineering projects in both the technical and managerial aspects and communicate effectively their resolution
