Design of Experiment (DOE)

( Duration: 2 Days )

This Design of Experiment (DOE) training course provides with a proactive technique in which a test or series of tests are; made to the input variables of a process so that we can observe and identify corresponding changes in the output response.

DOE is an important engineering tool for improving a process and also in the process development area. It is one of the methodology to improve process yields and product quality and helps to reduce product development time and overall costs by changing one or more process characteristics after studying their effects on the product. It is one of the powerful statistical tools to achieve an optimal process and also used in the Six Sigma.

By attending Design of Experiment (DOE) workshop, delegates will learn:

  • Theory, methodology and application of DOE.
  • Understanding of principles, applications, and limitations of the various statistical techniques in design of experiments.
  • Understand the concept of process improvement, design experiments to improve processes, analyse, interpret experimental results and develop plans to optimise processes
  • Design to provide a step-by-step examination of the experimentation process, plus provides an overview of the statistical concepts that validate the DOE methodology.

  • This Design of Experiment (DOE) class is intended for Quality Engineers, Process Engineers, Manufacturing Engineers
