This Microfocus Structured Data Manager training course covers the fundamentals of the powerful and versatile SDM platform. You will learn how to install, configure, and support the SDM environment. SDM allows you to easily copy/move inactive data out of your production databases and into less expensive storage. You will learn access methods that enable you to query data, preserve DB data for purposes of corporate governance and e-discovery, and improve performance by removing older, inactive data from your production database.
