Icinga is an open source monitoring stack for monitoring complete system landscapes. Starting with the hardware, through all current operating systems to applications. The software gives a detailed insight into the current state of environments and sends warning notices via various channels. The powerful DSL enables users to automate tasks and to write and maintain their monitoring configuration as code.

This Icinga training course provides the skills for the use of Icinga and Icinga Web. This is supported by practical examples and best practices in the configuration for monitoring using the Icinga-2-DSL. Further topics are the monitoring of Linux and Windows clients using Icinga agents, as well as the setting up of notifications and the modulation of business processes. Last but not least, you will get a brief introduction to the Icinga director.
