Crossbeam

The Crossbeam XOS - Essentials Training course covers the Crossbeam XOS architecture, features and installation. It covers the basic steps involved in setting up a multi security application platform. In addition, it provides hands on course to configure, monitor and troubleshoot the crossbeam X series platforms.

The Crossbeam - Advanced Training course provides experienced professionals with expanded knowledge in designing, implementing and managing scalable, highly available Crossbeam Network Security solutions. Delegates also leverage established best practices to plan and architect the evolution of their network security environment.

The Crossbeam - VSX Training course covers the Crossbeam implementation of VSX. It covers the basic steps involved in setting up a VSX on a Crossbeam X Series chassis.

In Crossbeam XOS - Essentials workshop, delegates will learn to:

  • Understand Crossbeam Solutions architecture and how to deploy its various applications and components
  • Enable, manage and effectively deploy security applications on the Crossbeam platform
  • Enable High availability features on the Crossbeam platform
  • Implement network address translation (NAT)
  • Perform advanced recovery and upgrade tasks
  • Administer and troubleshoot Crossbeam solutions

In Crossbeam - Advanced workshop, delegates will learn to:

  • Gain an in-depth understanding of the Crossbeam Operating System (XOS), the X-Series Platform architecture, and its hardware components
  • Utilize best practices to design highly-available security solutions optimized for the X-Series Platform
  • Utilize best practices when installing and configuring security solution on the X-Series Platform
  • Perform in-depth troubleshooting of security solutions on the X-Series Platform, including XOS software, hardware modules, applications, high availability and Secure Flow Processing (serialized application) configurations
  • Analyze traffic flows through the X-Series Platform and installed security applications

In Crossbeam - VSX workshop, delegates will learn:

  • VSX Concepts
  • VSX Management
  • VSX Clustering
  • VSX Implementation on X Series
  • Dynamic Routing
  • Debugging
